What to include
To help us help you, please include:
- The email address you sign in with
- The community you’re a member of (if relevant)
- What you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected to happen
- Screenshots or short screen recordings (huge help)
- Your device and OS (e.g. “iPhone 15, iOS 18” or “Pixel 8, Android 14”) for app issues
Common questions
How do I cancel a paid community?
Open Rally on the web → your community → Settings → Billing → Cancel. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period. If you can’t find it, email us.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete Account. We erase most of your data within 30 days; see our Privacy Policy§5 for retention details. If you’d rather have us do it, email pascualrobshaw10km@gmail.com from the address on your account.
The Rally mobile app isn’t letting me sign in.
Sign in on the web first at qxrally.com to confirm your account is active, then re-open the app. If it still fails, email us with the device + OS info above and a screenshot of the error.
I can’t find the community I was invited to.
Make sure you’re signed in with the email address that received the invite. If the community is invite-only, ask the Coach to re-send the invite.
Refunds?
Refunds are at the Coach’s discretion. Contact your Coach first; if you can’t reach them or the matter is unresolved, email us and we’ll help mediate.
Report abuse or a security issue
If you see harmful content, harassment, or behavior that violates our Terms of Service, use the in-app Report button or email pascualrobshaw10km@gmail.com with the URL or screenshot.
For security vulnerabilities, please email us with “Security” in the subject line. We respond within one business day and will work with you on responsible disclosure.
